Enable wheelchair access
In the Lyft app, open the menu, go to Settings, and turn on Wheelchair access.
Choose your ride type
Enter your trip details and choose Wheelchair when it appears among the available ride options.
Review and request
Check the price and estimated pickup time in the app before requesting your ride.
Lyft manages availability, pricing, and driver matching. A request does not guarantee a BD Mobility vehicle. If Wheelchair is not offered, a different ride type may not accommodate your wheelchair. Follow Lyft’s guidance for local alternatives.
